Origins

Vemer Spa came into being in 1980 under the name Vemer Elettronica Srl, and immediately rose to the top of the Italian market as a company producing solutions for measuring and managing electrical and environmental quantities in civil and industrial fields.
In recent years, Vemer has gone through many corporate changes which gave rise, in 2001, to a European industrial group known as Vemer Siber Group.
In 2007, specific historical and economic phases ensured that the internal corporate structure changed and developed further.
Vemer in fact parted from the group and, under the name Vemer Spa, has continued its sole voyage.

The turning-point

2007 was the defining year.
The new Chief executive officer, Enzo Brignoli, part of the company since 1983, took over the Civil and Industrial Electronics Division for Comfort and safety in the home as well as for industrial heat regulation and measurement.
Since then, Vemer has renewed itself and comes onto the market in a brand new guise, consistent with the goals set and in line with its real potential, acquired and developed in over twenty years’ experience.
The registered office is still the one in Feltre, in the Belluno province, where today the company’s productive, administrative, commercial and managerial areas are based.
What Vemer offers today ranges across a wide panoply of the ultimate devices for adjusting the indoor climate to one’s own needs, to devices for household management of electrical equipment, gas detectors for safety and control in household environments, devices for measuring and controlling the main electrical quantities, thermometers and temperature, pressure and humidity regulators and all accessories and elements that help enhance the work of the electrician of today.
