Information for the marketing activity carried out by the ownwer

In accordante with the Regulation EU 2016/679 on the protection of personal data, and in particular Article 13 of the same, hereby the Company Vemer SPA provides the following information:

i) The holder of the collection and processing of personal data is the Company Vemer SPA (hereinafter referred to as the“Company”) with registered office in Feltre (BL), via Camp Lonc 16, registration with the Business Register in Belluno, tax code 01041410257, VAT number n. 01041410257, to which the interested party can direct any request to the company headquarter, directing it specifically to general services, or, via e-mail, to the following address info@vemer.it.

ii) The Company will use personal data to make known to the interested party, by sending advertising and informative material through periodic e-mails, information regarding the Company’s products and services as well as  any other commercial or non-commercial initiatives, from this initiated.

iii) The Company undertakes to treat the transmitted data and information with confidentiality and not to disclose them to aunauthorized persons, or to use them for purposes other than those for which they were collected or to transmit them to third parties.

iv) The Company informs not to proceed with any profiling of the data subject, nor to adopt automated  decision-making procedures aimed to this purpose.

v) The acquired data will be stored for a period of time not exceeding that necessary for the purposes for which they were collected or subsequently processed and in compliance with the prescription terms imposed by law. In the case of data processed for marketing purposes, the data subject always has the right to revoke the consent given for this purpose and to oppose the same processing for marketing purposes, in particular following the cancellation procedure from the mailing list in which they were entered, writing to marketing@vemer.it; the processing will be performed as long as the interested party does not exercise such revocation, with consequent deletion of the data of this from the mailing list in which they were inserted.

vi) The interested party enjoys the rights referred to in articles 15 and following of EU Regulation 2016/679, including the right to request access to personal data and the correction or cancellation of the same or the limitation of processing that concern him or to object to their treatment. The data subject also has the right to lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority on the subject, the Guarantor for the protection of personal data.

vii) With reference to the marketing activities carried out by the Company, failure to provide data and / or failure to consent to their processing will not allow the sending of advertising and information material highlighted above.
