Memo Y

Digital time switch with daily, weekly, monthly or annual programming, 230 V AC power supply, 1 relay and DIN rail installation (2 modules). The device is equipped with an NFC interface. Vemer also provides Memo Y2, with 2 relays.

What is a digital time switch?
A time switch is a device designed for control, in a smart way through NFC connection, the switching on and off of electrical circuits. Thanks to a built-in timer, it can automatically turn on and off the circuit to which it is connected, according to preset times. These devices are intended for use in environments with pollution degree 2 and overvoltage category III.

How it works 
The digital time switch is very easy to use. It is a programmable device that allows multiple on/off schedules to be set throughout the day or week, up to a maximum of 120 storable schedules.

There are four types of programs:

• ON/OFF = always on/always off
• PULSE ON = on for up to 59 seconds
• PULSE OFF = off for up to 59 seconds 
• HOLIDAY = period of time when all programmed switching is disabled

The battery of the time switch has a five-year battery life and can be easily replaced once it is exhausted thanks to the flap on the back of the device.

Remote control
By downloading the Memo application, thanks to the NFC interface, it is possible to pair smartphones and tablets to the device. The possible functions are varied:

• Create programs directly on your smartphone 
• Transfer created programs to multiple memo clocks 
• Capture programs from a memo and copy them to another memo with the copy/paste command
• Switch the relay outputs manually 
• Capture settings such as date, time or coordinates automatically and transfer them to the memo 

How the product looks like 
The device has the size of 2 DIN. There is a large backlit display on the front of the switch to display the date, time, relay status, and textual guidance.

Keypad lock function
The device has a "keypad lock" function with password, which is useful, for example, for installations in public places, prevents settings from being changed by unauthorized persons.

Vemer also provides Memo DW, with programming only daily or weekly.
